Kleinmann's Tortoise (Testudo kleinmanni), often called Egyptian Tortoise and occasionally Leith's Tortoise. It is a critically endangered neck-hiding tortoise. Once more widespread, its numbers are now dwindling. The species is extinct in Egypt, and global extinction is a looming threat
